    Mitch sits as the CEO of ECI after he co-founded the firm in 2017 while studying at Elon University. He is the visionary leader of ECI and helps lead strategic firm objectives and projects while overseeing all operations for the firm.

    Grant co-founded ECI in 2017 while attending college at Elon University. During the initial years of the firm he constructed quantitative models that now serve as the foundation to the majority of ECI investment solutions. He currently serves as the CFO and manages all quantitative development, investment decisions, fund accounting, fund legal, and financial operations of the firm.

    ECI entered a strategic partnership with Unbiased Alpha in early 2021. Unbiased Alpha combines state-of-the-art models and strategies with practical applications and efficient implementation.

    Unbiased Alpha is led by a team in Switzerland with quantitative finance and mathematical modeling experience from the major investment firms Credit Suisse and UBS.

    Barry is the long-tenured CEO of SteelWave, a premier west-coast real estate owner and developer overseeing $15+ B in real estate. He heads SteelWave’s Investment Committee, providing expert guidance, insight, and direction for the company’s newest acquisitions, development projects, and exits. Barry oversees ECI strategic decisions on a weekly basis while managing all board-related matters.

Her experience makes her an invaluable board member, providing the ECI Operating Team with new industry connections and quarterly guidance on how strategic initiatives fit into the broader industry ecosystem.

    Gloryvee serves as an Innovation Architect at CVS, leading all blockchain-based solutions directly under the CTO. She also has 10+ years of entrepreneurial technology experience being involved with multiple start-ups. Gloryvee provides technical advisory on all ECI systems and architecture as well as offering access to her technically-skilled network.
